Tony Sanders 
Owner / Staff Instructor
Tony has been a PADI Staff Instructor since 1997 and holds 13 Specialty instructor ratings. He managed dive operations in the UK, Indonesia and Thailand before settling in Panama and has extensive teaching experience from entry level divers to instructor training programs. He has skinny legs and a big nose but is less sensitive about it these days although students should probably not mention this until after receiving their certifications.
Georgina Sanders 
Divemaster
Georgina qualified as a Divemaster in 2006 and is working towards her instructor program later this year. She is also a black belt in kung fu so don't mess with her....... especially you Tony.
Sam Sanders 
Baby
Sam is Starfleet's newest addition and to be honest doesn't yet do much around the dive centre despite being 2 years old already. We hope he will make up for this in the years to come
Chad Darroch 
Instructor
Chad is Starfleet's newest instructor and originates from Canada which is somewhere up north apparently. Despite having slightly suspect facial hair Chad is a welcome addition to our instructional team.
Edguardo Ibarra 
Master Instructor
Eddy was one of the first Panamanian PADI Instructors, qualifying in 2004 and is now Starfleet's Senior Instructor. He is also a very experienced PADI Divemaster and an expert on the divesites in the region. He's put on a litlle weight recently and is extremely sensitve about it so we try not to mention it.....well not too much anyway
Manuel Downer

Manuel has been a PADI Divemaster since 1996 and no one knows the diving, the waters or the women of Bocas del Toro better
Nilvia Ellis 
Administrator
The backbone of the operation keeping everyone else in line, Nilvia is loved and feared by all (in Bocas, not just the dive centre)
Jose Grenald

They say that with genius comes mood swings - you will not find a greater artist at boat handling however Jose possesses one of the grumpiest dispositions known to man. Its all a front though and underneath lies a boyish playful interior - if you dare look for it...
